VISION

 To create a forum to impact deliberations and participation on issues of civic importance

 MISSION

  • To enhance interface between social science academia and civil society organizations

  • To promote research in emergent areas in Social and Political Theory and Governance

 GOALS

  • To offer certificate courses on Citizenship, Women’s empowerment and rights, globalization and poverty to students, media professionals, civil servants and the general public

  • To establish a feedback loop between local self-government bodies and non-governmental institutions in the region

  • To contribute to the policy-making process by carrying out public policy analysis, fostering substantive policy dialogue among governments, academia, civil society, business, and the public

  • To establish a Training Cell for volunteers and workers in NGOs, CBOs, CSOs and other such organizations
